Cyziówka Training and Recreation Centre, a summer time in full with a slightly capricious rain, a passing one luckily; add hundreds of smiles, good energy and plenty of attractions – this is the best brief summary of our joint Sarzyna Chemical and LERG integration event that we held on August 30.
A unique atmosphere was in the air from the very first moments. To begin with, every participant received something that immediately put them in a good mood – a small personalized welcome gift and a coupon for pints of happiness.
It only got better from there! The competitions got everyone excited in a flash, and collective shouts and peals of laughter could be heard throughout the location.
Among the most interesting items of the program was a football match Sarzyna Chemical vs. LERG. A crowd of fans giving their loud support and sportsmanship, where each pass triggered waves of emotion. Lerg won decisively, scoring a strong 5 goals, leaving Sarzyna with only 1 – and it is begging for a rematch!
There were also plenty of surprises – both competitive and culinary. The buffet smelled temptations of traditional dishes and grilled meats, and a special tasting prepared by the Pustynia Country Housewives Association. A 360 photo booth was an extra, providing a place for dressing up and dancing with your gang, as was an airsoft shooting range, ideal for checking your “eye accuracy”.
The evening culminated with the announcement of the results of the “Employee of the Year” competition, with rivalry among 4 teams from Lerg and 2 from Sarzyna. It was the audience to decide the winner with their applause. 1st place – Natalia, Oliwia, Anna and Joanna from PT Department of Lerg, 2nd place – Tomasz, Jakub and Ernest from TM Department of Sarzyna Chemical, and 3rd place – Adrian and Barbara from PL Department of Lerg. Congratulations to the winners!
After the official part, the dance floor was taken over by music delivered by a DJ and no one had any doubts that the party would last until late at night. There were a lot of dedications and dancing couples flooded the floor.
It was an integration event full of laughter, emotions, shared conversations and moments that will remain in the memory for a long time. The weather was great, and so were the moods – and the best proof of the event’s success are the smiles of the participants and the questions: “When do we repeat that?”
