An innovative solution to deliver on the CSR commitment
In the process of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy building, we have launched an advanced smart system for the on-site separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) – SMART ECOBOX.
Five compartments – five types of WEEE
The system is designed for convenient and environmentally-aware disposal of small-size WEEE It is divided into five compartments for the separation of:
• batteries
• small electronic devices
• LED lamps
• mobile phones
• e-cigarettes
Fundraising and education
The system is operated via a large screen that displays educational content to promote responsible handling of WEEE. The SMART ECOBOX administrator application provides for real-time monitoring of the fill level for individual compartments, to enable a smooth process for emptying and transfer of waste to professional disposal companies.
