Żywice do TGIC – służą do produkcji farb proszkowych odpornych na działanie czynników atmosferycznych. Ze względu na mutagenne działanie Unia Europejska wprowadziła obowiązek właściwego oznakowania produktów zawierających TGIC oraz ograniczenia dotyczące stosowania tej substancji. Natomiast farby na bazie TGIC z powodzeniem stosowane są poza Unią Europejską.
